INSTRUCTIONS:

| Create a new image
Resolution: 72, Mode: RGB Color, Content: White
Type the text with a thick font.

| Step 2: | | 
| Filter >> Noise >> Add
(Amount: 45, Uniform, Monochromatic)
|
| Step 3: | | 
| Filter >> Distort >> Ocean Ripple
(Ripple Size: 5, Ripple Magnitude: 2)

| Step 4: |

Layer >> Layer Styles >> Bevel and Emboss
|
| Step 5: | | 
| One brown stone texture.
|
| Step 6: | | 
| You Can also remove some of it's color with:
Image >> Adjust >> Brightness/Contrast.
